I am a British filmmaker and award-winning artist working at the intersection of film, sound and performance. Over the past two decades I have developed a multidisciplinary practice that merges cinematic storytelling with sound, installation and experimental image-making. Previously I served as Head of Creative at Domino Records and now run Dah Dit Dit, a cross-disciplinary studio dedicated to collaborative production across visual and sonic media.

My lead project for The Indie Dozen is Home Grown, a darkly humorous and emotionally grounded feature about a woman who finds independence and identity through the medical cannabis underground. It explores creativity, stigma and survival, blending realism with moments of magical transformation. With a completed feature and short script, Home Grown feels urgent now as a story about care, control and freedom in a world where the body and the law are under constant negotiation.

Alongside this I have developed Hatstand, a psychological drama exploring power, submission and performance with sharp surreal energy, and Playing With Knives, a forthcoming graphic novel and murder thriller set within 1980s and 1990s rave culture. Together they form a cohesive creative world connecting social realism, dark humour and mythic undertones.

I am excited by Lunim’s virtual-first filmmaking incubator as a way to expand these worlds through AI assisted development and real time visualisation. I see this not as a technical exercise but as creative liberation, and I would love to bring Home Grown into Lunim’s pipeline as a testbed for this new generation of independent filmmaking.
